Цифровизация и коллективные трудовые права в отдельных странах Европейского союза
Annotation
В статье на примере отдельных стран Европейского союза рассмотрено влияние цифровизации труда и ее последствий, выразившихся в разрушении социальных связей между субъектами трудовых отношений, на коллективное трудовое право, в частности на коллективные переговоры.
