Некоторые особенности ограничения права на неприкосновенность частной жизни в интересах обеспечения безопасности государства (на примере Китайской Народной Республики)

Annotation

В статье рассматриваются особенности правового регулирования ограничения прав человека в интересах обеспечения безопасности государства, выделены основные формы контроля (наблюдение и слежение) за контактами граждан, показаны основные проблемы и положительные результаты в деятельности органов государственной власти Китайской Народной Республики в рассматриваемой сфере.
