Алгоритмический менеджмент и цифровое профилирование в сфере труда
Annotation
В статье исследуются возможности, появляющиеся у работодателя в связи с внедрением алгоритмического управления производственными процессами, работниками и оборудованием. Автоматизация управления предоставляет ряд преимуществ работодателю перед работником в условиях информационного общества. Совершенствование моделей алгоритмического менеджмента в сочетании с развитием цифрового профилирования создают новые риски для работников, учет которых требует внимания со стороны права.
