The article explores the effectiveness of administrative punishment enforcement through the use of a bank payment service. It examines the positive and negative consequences of its use in the field of road safety as an established fact, as well as its potential expansion to other areas of public relations. The article concludes that, despite its obvious advantages, this system of administrative fine enforcement poses serious risks related to the growth of crime and related administrative offenses.
