Chronology of the History of the Development of the Penal System in Documents and Events (Part Three)
Annotation
The third part of the article analyzes the legal and regulatory transformations of the Russian Federation's penal system in 1993, which marked the end of the transition period. It examines key legislative and regulatory acts aimed at systematizing legal regulation, institutionalizing the bodies and institutions responsible for executing criminal penalties, and strengthening the legal status of their employees. Special attention is given to the adoption of comprehensive regulatory decisions that laid the foundation for the organizational autonomy of the penal system and determined its future development within the new constitutional model of public authority.
