Annotation

The issue of the speech culture of citizens of the Russian Federation has been raised for a long time and concerns all structures of society. Employees of the notary's office, representing a state organization, are obliged to comply with the laws related to the status of the Russian language as the state language, to contribute to the preservation of its norms in a wide variety of situations and spheres of its functioning, and to resist its «squeezing out» by foreign terms; to support the norms of the Russian literary language, as well as the culture of Russian speech. The same applies to notaries engaged in private practice, that is, those conducting commercial activities on the territory of the Russian Federation, since their speech activity directly influences the formation of their image in the eyes of their clients.
