Annotation

The article is devoted to the analysis of the law enforcement practice of establishing part-time work for women and people with family responsibilities. It is concluded that the new version of Part two of Article 93 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation regarding the regulation of the rights of pregnant women and persons with family responsibilities to work part-time may lead to a violation of the constitutional rights of employees and their children to protect motherhood, fatherhood and childhood. Using examples from judicial practice, the author shows how the current provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation open up the possibility for employers to abuse their rights. The uncertainty was revealed at the beginning of the period for the establishment of part-time work. There is also uncertainty in the application of the concept of an employee's family member.
