Annotation

The article is devoted to the main stages of the activity of the Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Law, Professor V.V. Nikolyuk, who made a significant contribution to the development of criminal law sciences, associated with his seventieth birthday. V.V. Nikolyuk is a famous scientist, teacher, leader, general, versatile person. He is the founder of the scientific criminal procedure school at the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. He is the author and co-author of monographs, textbooks, manuals, commentaries, and numerous scientific articles. He is passionate about the training of scientific and pedagogical staff.
