The article is devoted to the analysis of the disclosure methodology and investigation tactics of crimes related to bribery (Articles 290–291.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Based on data for 2020–2025, the features of the forensic characteristics of these acts are identified, the key stages of operational documentation and subsequent procedural fixation of evidence are determined. Special attention is paid to the differentiation of legitimate tactical techniques from provocative activities, as well as the specifics of conducting interrogation and confrontation in conditions of professional opposition to the investigation. The author substantiates the need for interdepartmental interaction in order to overcome the high latency of corruption manifestations.
