Prospects for the Codification of Medical Law as a Way to Eliminate Legal Uncertainty Regarding the Status of Medical Workers
Annotation
The article examines the problems of legal uncertainty regarding the status of medical workers in the Russian Federation. The authors analyze contradictions and the fragmented nature of current legal regulation, as well as academic approaches to its improvement, including the codification of medical legislation. The authors conclude that the systematization of legal norms is necessary in order to eliminate legal uncertainty concerning the status of medical workers.
