Annotation

This article is devoted to the study of the legal aspects of the process of achieving Russia's national development goals. The urgency of the problems discussed in the article is due to harsh foreign policy pressure and sanctions against Russia, as well as internal inflationary processes that hinder the effective implementation of national projects. The object of the study is public relations that develop in the process of implementing federal strategic projects, including a set of legal, organizational and managerial relationships that arise between public law entities. The following research methods were used in the scientific work: the dialectical method of cognition of legal reality, formal legal, comparative legal and the method of system analysis. Based on an empirical analysis, the author legally and economically substantiates the need to improve legal approaches and methods of implementing federal strategic projects as soon as possible. Specific proposals have been formulated to ease the bureaucratic burden on federal project executors, reduce financial losses, and shorten the time frame for achieving Russia's national goals.
