Annotation
Purpose. The presented work is devoted to the consideration of the release of minors from criminal punishment with the application of compulsory educational measures to them as a normative education. Methodology: analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematic approach, formal‑legal. Scientific and practical relevance. Attention is drawn to the sectoral and intersectoral inconsistency of regulations regarding this type of exemption and the need to overcome these shortcomings.
