Unmanned Vehicles: A Historical and Legal Analysis of the Formation of the Regulatory Framework in the Russian Federation
Annotation
The study addresses the legal regulation of autonomous vehicles in the context of their historical development. It traces the link between vehicle automation and the emergence of legal regimes governing their operation. Legislative change in Russia is shaped by foreign experience and by the degree of autonomy achieved.
