The article is devoted to the study of legal engineering methods used in the field of labor law to optimize management processes and minimize legal risks. The author analyzes the key tools for designing and implementing local regulations, employment contracts, and corporate policies that balance the interests of the employer and employee. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of using contract engineering, modeling labor relations and implementing compliance procedures. Based on the analysis of Russian and foreign practice, the most effective approaches to structuring labor relations, conflict prevention, and adapting the regulatory framework to changes in legislation are highlighted.
