Annotation

The article considers administrative-legal protection of property as a manifestation of administrative process. It is shown that such protection is not reducible to liability or to a set of registration, licensing and control instruments. The article substantiates an integrative approach linking administrative procedure, administrative act, administrative jurisdiction and administrative judicial proceedings.
