The article analyzes the main features of administrative and judicial proceedings on the involuntary hospitalization of a citizen in a medical organization. The author highlights the grounds and subject of the administrative case, the reasons for its initiation and the composition of the participants, the features of evidence and the mode of proof, as well as the material and legal outcome.
