One of the most important tasks of the state in the current conditions is to solve a complex of problems in the field of traffic and related areas, including the implementation of administrative and legal measures to ensure the safety of minors using children's pit bikes on public roads. The provisions of the current administrative legislation, which are focused on protecting the interests of drivers and other road users, currently do not address the issue of driving vehicles that do not meet the relevant criteria for registration and all subsequent organizational and legal aspects. In these circumstances, it seems necessary to make appropriate adjustments to the existing administrative and legal tools, which will bring the issues of regulating legal relations in this area to a higher legal level and significantly reduce the severity of the problem.
