In order to develop the treasury-stimulating model of financial support for public procurement, it is proposed to introduce a public assignment in public procurement. The use of a public assignment will not only minimize corruption risks and other abuses in public procurement, but also optimize financial settlement processes, taking into account their systematic financial control, increasing business confidence in payments for budgetary obligations in this area. Public procurement assignment in public procurement is aimed at ensuring a balance of public and private interests by effectively using the funds of the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation and increasing the attractiveness of public procurement for business, creating favorable conditions for bidders for bona fide suppliers, contractors, and performers.
