Regulation of Guarantees for the Exercise of Powers by Persons Holding Municipal Positions at the Federal and Regional Levels
Annotation
The article analyzes the legislation regulating the provision of guarantees (both the exercise of powers, as well as labor and social) to local government officials. It is emphasized that for the lawful and safe functioning of local government officials, a body of federal and regional regulatory legal acts is needed that establish basic guidelines and minimum lists in this area. It is advisable to consolidate in federal legislation systematically agreed minimum lists of guarantees provided to municipal officials (both to ensure the fulfillment of powers and as compensation for the existing workload and established restrictions).
