Legal Support for the Procedure of Using Artificial Intelligence Technology in Legal Practice

Annotation

The article analyzes current approaches to regulating the use of artificial intelligence technology in legal practice, as well as the current Guidelines for the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Legal Proceedings, adopted by the Supreme Court of the Turks and Caicos Islands on August 4, 2025, which are of practical interest given the current legal positions of Russian courts regarding the need to hold parties accountable for the inaccuracy of generated text provided during legal proceedings. The article suggests using the experience of legal practices in foreign countries when drafting regulations and court instructions related to the use of artificial intelligence technology in legal proceedings.
