The Concept of Military Criminal Justice in a Comparative Legal Dimension
Annotation
The article examines the concept of “military criminal justice” in the comparative legal dimension. It is proved that this concept consists of three main elements: autonomous military justice authorities; military criminal procedure, separate from the “general” criminal proceedings; separate military criminal substantive law. It is concluded that all the components of this concept have a special “military” component that distinguishes the entire system of military criminal justice and each of these elements separately from the general criminal justice system.
