Annotation

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal regulation of the implementation of the constitutional right to education in schools of the city of Moscow. The author demonstrates the legal regulation of independent assessment of the quality of student training at the federal and regional levels using the example of the city of Moscow. The author places particular emphasis on the consequences of conducting independent assessment of the quality of student training activities for determining the subsequent educational trajectory of schoolchildren.
