Annotation

Reforming judicial representation has repeatedly sparked heated debate among government officials, the legal and judicial communities, academics, practitioners, and lawyers. The author believes that professionalizing judicial representation is inevitable, but requires the gradual creation of conditions for its implementation. Adoption of amendments to judicial representation will ensure that citizens are represented in court exclusively by lawyers who have confirmed their status by passing the qualification exam. This article analyzes issues related to the one-time fee to the Bar Association, passing the qualification exam for becoming a lawyer, and the recognition of legal experience. The author offers her perspective on possible solutions.
