Annotation

This paper analyzes the general constitutional provisions for Pridnestrovie and the Russian Federation in the context of the current global situation. It demonstrates the significance of new ideological stance, enshrined in the Constitution following the 2020 constitutional reform, is it caused by the qualitative changes in Russian public life. The aim of this stance to consolidate the constitutional system and sovereignty or both the Russian Federation and the entire Russian world abroad, part of which is Pridnestrovie. It has been established that only the pro-Russian development path of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, as implemented in the National Referendum, is a guarantee for peace, stability, and a dignified future in Pridnestrovie.
