One of the most important tasks of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs at the moment is to develop a comprehensive strategic planning document that defines the main areas of activity for the Ministry over the next few years in order to implement the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation and other related federal strategic planning documents. The author proposes the structural elements of such a comprehensive document related to the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation to protect the national interests of the Russian Federation in the Arctic, including the departmental priority, its goals, objectives (correlated with the objectives of the national priorities of the National Security Strategy and the objectives of the Fundamentals of the State Policy of the Russian Federation in the Arctic for the period up to 2035), the expected results of their solutions and indicators.
