The technological and technical capabilities of courts determine the formation and creation of electronic documented information during criminal proceedings. The development of a document management system for criminal proceedings will be based on modular solutions through the algorithmization of documentation content and document flow, which is why a set of actions for authorized entities has been established. The application of criminal procedure legislation during the recording and use of documented information in courts will be carried out based on database management regulations in accordance with the infrastructure configurations developed by the authorized entity (the Federal State Budgetary Institution Information and Analytical Center of the Judicial Department).
