Conceptualization of the Concept of "Labor Compliance": Problem Statement
Annotation
The article examines labour compliance as a system of voluntary internal measures aimed at ensuring the employer's conformity with labour law. The prerequisites for the formation of this institution and the state of its legal regulation are considered. The reasons why labour compliance has not yet become widespread are identified, and the need to develop its coherent concept is substantiated.
