The article reveals the basic principles of legal engineering applied in the field of labor law to form stable and effective models for regulating labor relations. The authors analyze such principles as consistency, flexibility, prevention, balance of interests of the parties and minimization of legal risks. Special attention is paid to the role of these principles in the development of local regulations, employment contracts and corporate policy, as well as their impact on the prevention of labor disputes and adaptation to changes in legislation.
