The Real Statute: The Status and Possible Development Ways
Annotation
In the theory and practice of contemporary private international law, questions regarding the legal classification of property statutes remain unresolved, with debates surrounding the relationship between property and obligatory statutes. In the context of unprecedented economic and technological growth, the need to modernize property statutes arises. The classification of elements of property statutes remains controversial. In this article, the author not only outlines this issue but also proposes approaches to addressing it.
