Laws of the Russian Federation on Acceptance of Inheritance
Annotation
This article provides an overview of the laws and other regulations governing inheritance rights, particularly the process of accepting an inheritance. The authors conclude that the legislation on inheritance acceptance encompasses various fields and is governed not only by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, but also by a range of legal acts.
