In modern society, the importance of a notary in civil circulation has increased significantly, which has led to the need to revise the goals and functions of the notary office for better protection of the interests of citizens. The reform of the notarial system is focused on several key areas: the creation of clear regulations for notarial procedures, standardization of legislative norms and precise definition of information requirements for the implementation of notarial acts, including methods for documenting this information. In the current period of transformation of the structure of civil jurisdiction bodies, the theoretical study of notarial practice is of particular importance. This is due to the fact that notarial activity is a specific mechanism for protecting the legal rights and interests of both citizens and organizations. The characteristic features of notarial law are the asymmetry of the position of participants, specific individualization of notarial documents and the absence of legal disputes. Undoubtedly, unique features are inherent in each legal institution and industry. For the full implementation of the possibilities of the notarial system in favor of individuals and other subjects of civil legal relations, it is necessary to legislatively form an appropriate legal framework.
