Conciliation Procedures in Judicial Activity: Transformation of Laws, Problems of Law Enforcement
Annotation
The article describes the legal transformation of approaches to the institution of reconciliation in the civil process, substantiates the conclusion about the importance of consolidating reconciliation as a task of judicial proceedings in civil cases and economic disputes.Conclusions are drawn about the problems of using conciliation procedures, which prevent their dissemination and increase the effectiveness of their use in the framework of legal proceedings.
