The Right of Municipal Property: Problems of Consistency in Legal Regulation
Annotation
Analyzing the provisions of Federal Law No. 33-FZ defining the legal regime of municipal property and the specifics of the participation of municipalities in civil turnover, the author notes their inconsistency with the norms of civil and other sectoral legislation regarding the composition of municipal property, the specifics of securing the powers of the owner to local governments, regulating the issues of subsidiary liability of municipalities for the debts of organizations created by them.
