Annotation

This article gives a brief overview of the law and practice of resolving individual employment disputes in Great Britain, both before and outside the judicial process. The author briefly describes the bodies, in which jurisdiction resolution of employment disputes falls, followed by a brief overview of various alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, highlighting advantages of judicial mediation. In the conclusion, the author suggests the expediency of further study and application of this experience.
