Folk arts and crafts are an integral part of the country's cultural code, its calling card. The organization of labor for those working in this sector has undergone various stages of development: from family labor and the artel to the emergence of subsequent forms (labor contracts, civil contracts), and even self-employment. The various forms of labor organization proposed by the state for folk artisans are analyzed, concluding that collective labor organization, including labor contracts, is essential.
