The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms for protecting citizens’ electoral rights through the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Based on specific examples of judicial practice, the article explores the application of constitutional and legal norms in the field of electoral law and assesses the role of the Court in ensuring the fairness and legality of the electoral process. Special attention is given to identifying the challenges of implementing the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in practice and formulating specific proposals for improving the mechanisms for their implementation, which contributes to strengthening the guarantees of citizens’ electoral rights.
