The article concludes that technological sovereignty is a necessary condition for the long-term sustainability of the national economy, as it reduces vulnerability to external shocks and creates a foundation for economic growth based on domestic innovations. Ensuring technological sovereignty is an important direction in the implementation of the state economic policy, which is reflected in the legal formalization of the technological policy that establishes a systemic, comprehensive, planning-based approach to stimulating all participants involved in the implementation of such policy. The author is convinced that transparent "rules of the game", perceived as fair by all participants in the implementation of the technological policy, will make it possible to ensure technological leadership of the country, stability of economic sovereignty, and national security based on the principle of economic solidarity.
