Register of Unreliable Suppliers: Problems of Forming a Uniform Law Enforcement Practice

Termination of the contract, which was unilaterally decided by the state customer, is one of the problematic and controversial issues in law enforcement practice. The antimonopoly authority's consideration of complaints about the actions of suppliers, contractors, and performers and the determination of an adequate measure of responsibility for non-fulfillment or improper execution of government contracts affects the legal and economic consequences for procurement participants. The article discusses the most important problematic issues faced by suppliers when unilaterally terminating a government contract on the part of the customer. The various approaches of the territorial bodies of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in conducting unscheduled inspections conducted on the basis of the above-mentioned appeals are analyzed and specific solutions are proposed to protect the rights and legitimate interests of business entities when appealing the claims of government customers.
