Despite high public satisfaction with the quality of public services, there remain some shortcomings related to delays or denials of services. Human error and technical problems are among the most common causes of such disruptions. To address these issues, it is necessary to increase the accountability of those organizing and delivering public services, take immediate action by managers to optimize organizational conditions, and improve software.
