Based on the analysis, it is concluded that social security for public servants is one of the main incentives to work. Given the difficult social situation, high-quality social services are becoming a serious argument in favor of enrolling and serving in public bodies. The article raises problematic issues of social security for government customs officials (in particular, the right to housing), and there is also a thesis on the direct relationship between social security standards and legal enforcement of service discipline of state employees of customs authorities. The article suggests ways to maintain a high level of service discipline in customs agencies, taking this connection into account.
