30 Years of the Family Code of the Russian Federation: The Age of Maturity and Progress
Annotation
This article examines several provisions of the Family Code of the Russian Federation pertaining to the most important aspects of family law regulation. Based on an analysis of current doctrine and case law, conclusions are drawn regarding the advisability of improving these structures by introducing the authors' proposed amendments and additions to current legislation. This will serve as further evidence of the maturity and development of Russian family law.
