On the Meaning of Parental Status in Administrative Proceedings
Annotation
The article analyzes the provisions of the legislation on administrative proceedings from the perspective of the importance of the status of parents to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors. It is proved that the procedural status of parents in administrative proceedings directly depends on the proper performance of their duties to educate and take care of the health of their children.
