On the Payment of Remuneration and Incentive Payments to an Employee for Work for Hire
Annotation
In the framework of civil law relations, the author is entitled to remuneration for the creation of an official work. Although the amount and procedure for payment of such remuneration can be agreed upon by the parties, both in an employment contract and in a civil law contract, the right to remuneration for official work belongs to the sphere of civil law.
