Annotation

The following are presented and analyzed: strategic planning in skiing for the new Olympic cycle up to 2030, conceptual ideas for promoting skiing in achieving the goals of the national development plan of Russia, prospects for mutually beneficial interdepartmental cooperation in the development of skiing, categories of interested audiences of supporters for each skiing sport, differentiation of approaches to the development of skiing among various categories of interested supporters, the movement of skiing infrastructure towards interested supporters, legal innovations in the development of sports.
