This article is dedicated to the anniversary of M.V. Karaseva, a renowned researcher of financial law theory, Doctor of Law, Professor, and Head of the Financial Law Department at Voronezh State University. Marina Valentinovna Karaseva is well known in the legal community as a leading theorist of financial law, the author of numerous monographs, textbooks, and other scholarly publications examining both general issues in financial law theory and ways to improve tax, budget, monetary, and emission law, as well as financial control. Professor M.V. Karaseva's research has had a significant impact on the development of financial legislation and its practical application. She formulated and argued for many legislative innovations on finance and monetary mechanisms, which have been incorporated into laws and other regulations. M.V. Karaseva is a recognized expert in the methodology and teaching methods of financial law and other legal disciplines in higher education institutions.
