Annotation
The article is devoted to the problems of forming a strong state, preserving national statehood, and ensuring public safety. The author argues for a strong state based on an ideology that consolidates the traditional spiritual and moral values of Russian society, uniting the people and defining their creative activities aimed at meeting the public demand.
