Annotation

In the monograph under review, S.A. Agamagomedova, LL.D., continues her fundamental research into the problems of administrative law theory related to the organization and implementation of customs control (supervision). The author believes that the development of the concept of administrative and legal regulation of customs control and supervision enriches the theory of state control (supervision) in a broad sense and contributes to increasing the effectiveness of this area of control and supervision activities.
