The article examines the legal regulation of extreme tourism activities in our country. This type of tourism is potentially dangerous for both tourists and the people around them, and sometimes even for the environment. Based on the analysis of the legal framework, the article makes suggestions for improving Russia's legislation on extreme tourism. It highlights the importance of developing extreme tourism as a powerful catalyst for economic growth and the need for a well-structured legal framework to regulate it effectively.
