The article analyzes the prospects for implementing foreign contractual protection mechanisms into Russian law. The relevance is driven by the need to enhance the jurisdiction's competitiveness under sanctions, digitalization, and a shift toward domestic dispute resolution models. Proposals for improving civil legislation are formulated, taking into account the principle of legal sovereignty.
