The Legal Engineering Concept in Labor Law
Annotation
The article is devoted to the study of the concept of legal engineering in relation to labor law. The focus here is not on individual consultations to solve specific problems in the field of law enforcement practice, but rather on project work to support business processes. The article proposes a model of legal engineering in the field of labor law, which is implemented at several levels: the creation of an organization, the functioning of an organization, and the liquidation of an organization. The effectiveness of business processes directly depends on the clarity and transparency of contractual obligations, which is achieved through legal engineering tools. Business process analysis using legal engineering techniques helps identify and address gaps in corporate governance, increasing the overall effectiveness of the organization. The company's internal regulations and procedures should be adjusted based on the results of legal engineering, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
